I am beyond grateful for this company. On one of the coldest days of the year, my mother's circuit breaker panel was humming/arcing, lights dimming and flickering, and I was beyond terrified the worst would happen. I reached out, and within 24 hrs, Pam called me, even texted because she knew the severity of my email. (She's SUCH a sweetheart, by the way.)
She called me and I explained everything; she said they typically try to give options because, let's be honest, it's expensive just to breathe nowadays. She scheduled me, and the next day Jake came out, and within 30 min he delivered 3 options. We went with replacing the whole panel. The pricing was BEYOND reasonable. They don't nickel and dime you like most. Within 15 hrs of giving the quote, Jake came back, installed the brand new, larger circuit breaker panel, and 4.5 hours later he was on his way. I can at least rest easy knowing my mother has a brand new circuit breaker panel installed by an HONEST company, and although I hope I don't have to see an electrician for a while, if I do, I know who I'm calling. They also gave me an estimate on replacing my smoke alarms, which are currently defective. They wore foot protection to make sure they didn’t track any dirt into the house.
