Derek and his coworker did a great job. They found the issue in the upstairs bedroom and fixed it. They also relabeled all of my circuit breakers to the electrical box in my cellar. They also gave me an estimate on replacing my smoke alarms, which are currently defective. They wore foot protection to make sure they didn’t track any dirt into the house. It was a pleasant experience.

I highly recommend Garneau! Especially for hard-to-reach places (see photo). From the first call to Garneau the service and follow-through were excellent. Pamela was personable, professional, and always pleasant. She made sure I was kept up to date on everything. Jake and Kyle were great, also friendly and professional. Jake had taken time to scope out the situation before arriving, so he had everything he needed. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and replaced my chirping (for 4 days) smoke detector. Now the chirping is only in my head, but I’m sure it will eventually cease. Thanks to everyone at Garneau.
